Our Factory
A genuine source manufacturer with 100% self-sustained production lines. Free from any reliance on semi-finished goods for secondary processing, we leverage complete process ownership to guarantee the ultimate surface protection quality for our global partners.
Our Production Process
As a pinnacle of manufacturing in the blown film industry, our 5-layer co-extrusion technology sets a new standard, far surpassing conventional single-layer and 3-layer processes. Driven by a specialized 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line, raw plastic materials undergo simultaneous high-temperature melting and precision extrusion to form a 5-layer structured film in a single, seamless process. With no post-bonding required, this technology delivers exceptional interlayer bonding and unmatched structural stability.
01
High-Temperature
Melting & Plasticization
The pre-formulated raw materials for the five layers are fed into five independent barrels of the 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line. Through high temperature heating, the solid resins are melted into a homogeneous plastic melt, achieving complete and thorough plasticization.
02
Layered Extrusion
& Co-confluence
Once melted, the five distinct streams of melt are precisely extruded by their respective extruders and delivered into a co-extrusion die head. Inside the die, they are uniformly distributed according to the preset 5-layer architecture and fused seamlessly to form a fully integrated, tubular film parison.
03
Haul-off & Winding
The stabilized film is drawn at a constant speed by a haul-off unit, which optimizes and stabilizes the web tension. It is then wound into standard industrial jumbo rolls by a winder. Throughout this stage, the surface flatness and thickness are monitored in real time to detect and eliminate any nonconforming sections.
04
Blow Inflation &
Cooling Stabilization
As the tubular parison emerges from the die head, clean air is blown into its interior via a blower, inflating it to the designated thickness and width. Concurrently, an annular cooling air ring rapidly cools the film to stabilize its structure, ensuring a flat surface and highly uniform gauge distribution.
05
Post-Processing,
Inspection & Warehousing
Upon completion of the winding process, the film undergoes slitting (into customized widths based on requirements) and surface cleaning. Subsequently, a professional laboratory conducts rigorous testing on indicators such as weather resistance, adhesion strength, and tensile strength. Only fully qualified products are approved for warehousing and delivery.
